NOTICE TO DEBIT CARD HOLDERS:

Whenever you use a debit card your bank creates a pending transaction which means the bank will actually withhold funds from your account.

While it may appear that you've been charged for the order, the pending item you noticed on your bank statement is actually an "authorization." Authorizations are the initial communication between our billing system and the bank's billing system. This pending charge (authorization) will be taken off your account in 2-4 business days and the funds will become available to you again then.

Please understand, we have no control at this point for when the pending charge will go away. Whether it takes 2,3 or 4 days is in complete control of your bank and the policies they use for authorizations.

Once again, you have not been charged and this "authorization" will be detracted from your debit account shortly. If you'd like you may contact your bank to confirm there is no charge from South Beach Skincare or to check on the authorization status.
