The following provisions have been adopted by our company to govern the collection, storage and use of mobile or phone numbers and other personal information in the order form box or registration box used for Text or SMS marketing services. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and manage your phone numbers.
COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS
We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example, during order transactions, inquiries, or when you sign up for our promotional messages. At that time and location, you can opt in to receive Text and SMS messages during checkout by clicking the appropriate sign-up box and providing your phone number. We also collect the content of the messages both sent from us and your response if any.
STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PHONE NUMBERS
We store your telephone number and your consent for use of your telephone number for text and SMS message allowing use to send you Text and SMS campaigns and communications. The information is stored in a location and on a server which meets or exceeds industry standards including firewalls, secured facilities, and logged and limited access.
USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR TEXT AND SMS
Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with confirmation of your order, personalized services, updates, and promotional offers of our products. These text messages are related to our products, services, discounts, or any updates we may have that we think may interest you. We may also provide special discounts or offers on our products and services through SMS messages. You may receive up to 10 messages a week. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. You do not need to sign up for SMS Messages to receive information about current promotions as the same may be found on our website or may be sent to via social media or email. We may use your phone number to communicate with you for customer service and support or payment verification. We use the same to improve our services and communications and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
SHARING OF YOUR PHONE NUMBER
WE do not share your phone number or registration box information except to secure payment of your order; with our SMS provider who allows us to send your Text and SMS campaigns and at times the source of the entity who directed you to our website for purposes of confirming their service and payment. Neither of these parties are authorized to use your phone number for any purpose other than providing services to us and confirming payments due and they are subject to this TEXT and SMS policy. We may share it when required by law, such as responding to a legal request, court order, or government agency request.
OPTING OUT OF MARKETING MESSAGES
If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing SMS from us, you can opt out by
- Texting STOP to opt-out
- Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out
- Texting CANCEL to opt-out
- Texting QUIT to opt-out
Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.
PRIVACY OF PHONE NUMBERS
Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more Text or SMS messages, nor will we share, sell or license your phone number to another party.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our site.

These Terms are for Text SMS Marketing Only - This does not supersede our Posted Terms of Service and only governs only the registration use of your mobile number for Test or SMS Campaigns.
South Beach Skin Care, Inc. ("LifeCell", "we", or "us") operates a mobile messaging service program (the "Services") subject to these SMS and Text campaign terms and conditions ("Terms"). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our SMS Privacy Policy and posted Privacy Policy and our posted Terms of Service. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms and SMS Privacy Policy as they supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Services. We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include promotions, specials, our marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information. These messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an auto dialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 10 messages per week. We do not charge for mobile messages but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for short message service and multimedia message alerts.
- User Opt-In. By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at. Your participation does not require that you make any purchase from us and your participation is completely voluntary.
- Opt-Out and Support. You may opt-out of these Services at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Service and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to the mobile number the message is sent from. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. If you want to join the Service again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
- Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability.The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Service Program.
- Modifications. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Service will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
